The Sassy Sparkle: this is a surface level clean for our repeat clients who schedule us on a weekly and biweekly basis. The focus of this clean is maintenance and upkeep. We do a light dusting. We wipe down and sanitize exterior surfaces. We clean and sanitize showers, sinks, tubs, and toilets. We vacuum, sweep, mop, and remove trash. Please note: we require a Sassy Standard  cleaning package for our first time, monthly, and irregular cleans. Price range $125-$250+

The Sassy Standard: this cleaning package is offered to our first time clients and our clients who don't wish to schedule our maintenance cleaning services provided with the Sassy Sparkle on a weekly or biweekly basis. This package goes beyond a surface level clean. We will dust light fixtures, lamp shades, fans, blinds, and window sills. We will focus on dusting shelves and knick knacks, wiping under appliances and wiping cabinet fronts. We will wipe down and sanitize kitchen and bathroom surface exteriors. We will clean and sanitize bathroom sinks, showers, bathtubs, and toilets. We will vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. We will remove trash. This package is our cleaning standard, but it does not include the deepest level of clean. Please refer to the Sassy Deluxe  for our deepest level of clean. Price range: $175-$350+

The Sassy Deluxe: the package builds upon our Sassy Standard. We will take a more in-depth approach to cleaning. The Sassy Deluxe provides every service of a standard clean, and we build upon that. We will focus on the interior and exterior surfaces of refrigerators, microwaves, ovens, and oven hoods. We will clean the inside and outside of dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers. We will clean underneath furniture, behind shelves, and hard to reach nooks and crannies.  We will spend more time dusting all surfaces, such as the tops of shelving, vents, and cabinet tops. We will clean under couch/chair cushions and wipe down furniture. We will clean windows and window sills on a deeper level. We will clean scuff marks on walls, doors, and baseboards on a deeper level. We will do in depth cleans on bathtubs, sinks, and showers. We will vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. We remove trash. The Sassy Deluxe is a good cleaning service for move-ins/move-outs or seasonal occasions.
Price range: $300-$600+

Prices vary greatly based on factors such as square footage, number of rooms & windows, kitchen & bathroom sizes, appliances, fans, fixtures, and dusting areas. These price ranges are for 2/2 - 4/2 standard sized homes, apartments, and condominiums. Please note: larger homes will go beyond the average price ranges.
